This site constitutes a work of which the "Mairie de Nice" is the author within the meaning of articles L.111.1 et seq. of the French Intellectual Property Code.
The photographs, texts, slogans, drawings, images, animated sequences with or without sound, as well as all works integrated into the site are the property of the Ville de Nice or of third parties who have authorised the "Ville de Nice" to use them.
The logos, icons and graphic chips represented on the site are protected by copyright and by articles L.511.1 et seq. of the French Intellectual Property Code relating to the protection of registered designs.
Reproductions, on paper or electronically, of the said site and the works reproduced therein are authorised provided that they are strictly reserved for personal use excluding any use for advertising and/or commercial and/or information purposes and/or that they comply with the provisions of article L122-5 of the French Intellectual Property Code.
With the exception of the above provisions, any reproduction, representation, use or modification, by any process whatsoever and on any medium whatsoever, of all or part of the site, of all or part of the various works that make it up, without having obtained the prior authorisation of the Direction de la Communication de la Ville de Nice, is strictly prohibited and constitutes an infringement of copyright (article L 122-4 of the CPI).
Anyone who reproduces a work on an Internet server without the author's permission in order to make it available to the public is committing an act of counterfeiting (articles L 335-2 and L 716-9 of the CPI). Counterfeiting is a civil offence (punishable by damages) and a criminal offence (punishable by two years' imprisonment and a fine of €150,000). Counterfeiting covers all unauthorised reproduction and distribution.
The City of Nice authorises the creation of a hypertext link for all sites, with the exception of those disseminating information of a controversial or pornographic nature or, more generally, which may offend the sensibilities of a large number of people.
The link must lead to the site's home page and must not be embedded within other pages (e.g. a "set of frames").
In all cases, the City of Nice reserves the right to request the removal of the link if it considers that the target site does not comply with the rules defined above.
The NJF logo may not be modified (proportions, colours, etc.) and may not be subject to any transformation, animation or other process.
It may only be used and associated with verifiable information. In particular, it may only be used to illustrate relations with the City of Nice or sponsorship initiatives duly established by the Communications Department.
Whatever the case, the City of Nice reserves the right to approve or disapprove any use of the logo with the aim of using it correctly, in accordance with the ethics, morals and interests of the City of Nice.
The above conditions apply to the WEB pages and do not refer to the use of the logo in any other document.
The City of Nice reserves the right to modify the conditions of use of the NJF logo at any time and without prior notice.
