Biography

On the one hand, Cuba with the notes of pianist Roberto Fonseca (nominated this year for a Grammy), on the other hand, Mali with the voice of Fatoumata Diawara.

The pianist is now a leading figure in the fields of jazz, traditional music and new urban trends, while Fatoumata Diawara gives a new color to the African pop music scene. The artist was recently honoured with the title of Chevalier of the Ordre des Arts et des Lettres by the French Republic and awarded a César for the film music "Timbuktu" in which she sings.

Together they tell a trip and a meeting between the borders of wassoulou tradition and Afro-Cuban jazz. We will gladly take off to the sound of this exceptional collaboration!
