Erykah Badu, Cody Chesnutt, Al Green, Jill Scott, Elvis Costello, D'Angelo... The list of artists who sought service from the Philadelphia group never ends! Founded by drummer Questlove it is a mythical figure of soul music today. The group differs from the hip hop world with music played live and composed collectively and by an unprecedented work of original samples recorded in the studio that is used as the musical base.
All too rare on European stages, the members of The Roots are to rock the Promenade du Paillon and make us live an exceptional night. Deserting the Jimmy Fallon Show where they officiate every night of the week, they land in Nice for a unique concert in Europe this summer.
