Biography
Raised and educated in a jazz and soul environment, Laura Mvula has extended her musical experience by feeding electro and rock influences into her hip hop vocals. A high-octane cocktail, served up by a lead singer with hypnotic charisma. Laura Mvula, from Britain, surrounded by her group, presents the material from her brand new album, The Dreaming Room on our Theatre De Verdure stage. Already adored by Jamie Cullum, Snarky Puppy and Erykah Badu, she spreads her multi-coloured wings for our delight.
