Yaron Herman keeps pulling them out of the hat! A musical phenomenon, this pianist, awarded a Victoire de la Musique in 2008, has always been committed to trying different experiences and formations and has gradually established himself on the international jazz scene through his virtuosity, his ability to improvise and his daring. His latest project certainly has no lack of any of those! With Everyday, the pianist puts himself into an original and testing configuration: it’s just him and drummer, Ziv Ravitz, also known from a number of groups on the Israeli jazz scene (Minsarah, Omer Klein, Shaï Maestro). Between the two of them they have come up with a first album on the prestigious Blue Note label which demonstrates the symbiosis of the piano-drums duo with an added edge in the challenge of improvisation.
